Who We Are
We are part outsourcing company. We are part work-for-hire studio. We are part temp agency. We are part recruiter. All parts are based here in the US run and owned by Americans. As an extension of your company, we provide the experienced reliable resources you need for a flat monthly fee per resource.
We believe that development should be as easy as any other service you use for your business. Development of everything from a basic website with monthly updates to a full multi-platform mobile app or game, is now available like any other local service. Our Approach. The C3 Method.
Development is all about efficiency and effectiveness. For that reason, we have developed an approach called the C3 Method. This method allows for essentially a 12 hour work day. The first 4 hours is for Concentration. Allows the developer to do their work with little to no distraction. The second 4 hours is for Collaboration. Allows you and the developer to meet, do progress updates, and discuss. The third 4 hours is for Coordination. Allows you to evaluate the progress based on the collaboration meetings, talk internally, and update tasks for the developer as needed before their Concentration phase. Then repeat each day! Concentrate
C1 = Concentrate. This is the first 4 hours of work the developers focus their time on their tasks. One of the biggest problems for developers is the constant need for meetings, providing updates, and priority changes. This can stop good productivity. The Concentrate daily phase is for the developers to just do their work with no distractions.
Collaborate
C2 = Collaborate. This is the second 4 hours of work. This time is used for scheduled meetings, discussing the project(s), and working directly with the developers. Separating the production time and meeting times, improves overall productivity by 2X.
Coordinate
C3 = Coordinate. This is the third 4 hours of work. Now the developers are working on the Concentrate Phase or either off for the day if they are overseas, but you and your own internal team have the opportunity to review their work, test it, and prioritize tasks without having to worry about pulling the developers away from their work. Again, separating this time is just another improvement in productivity.
