FAQ

t

Do I get to talk to the developers directly?

Yes.  They are an extension of your company, and you and your team can talk to them on your own timezone!

t

What if I'd rather not work directly with the developers or need help managing them?

That’s not a problem. We are here to help. If you need additional assistance with managing a developer or a team of developers we will work with you at little to no additional cost.

t

How will I communicate with our hired dedicated developers?

This depends on the level of integration you want with the developer(s).  They can work within your own environment and use your own communication tools, or they can use the tools we provide as part of the service including Zoom, Slack, and Email.

t

What is the lead time required to ramp up a developer?

You will start receiving resumes within 72 hours of your hiring request.  After you have chosen your new hire, they will be available to you within 48 hours to start working.

t

Will I have complete control over the developers I hire?

The developers are dedicated to you and your team only.  They are a part of your team and you have full control of what they do and how they do it.

t

What are the developers work hours?

Every dev works a 40 hour work week.  They generally work from 4am – 1pm EST.  We use the C3 Method for their daily hours which is broken up into 3 different 4 hour blocks.  4am-8am EST is C1 known as the Concentrate Phase.  This is generally worked by themselves so they can work with no distractions.  9am-1pm EST is C2 known as the Collaborate Phase.  This is the phase when they work directly with you and your teams doing meetings, updates, and general planning.  1pm-5pm EST is C3 known as the Coordinate Phase.  This is when your company reviews the work done, and updates tasks and priorities as needed so that the dev knows what to work on when they get to C1 the next day.

t

What is the developer leaves or I need a replacement?

This is very rare, but if it does happen every dev who works with us agrees to give at least 2 weeks notice before leaving a job.  During that period, we provide you with resumes within 72 hours of the 2 weeks notice.  We then work with you, the newly chosen dev, and the old dev to do knowledge transfer.
